Abstract: I will introduce our recent researches based on MaNGA survey, including the kinematically misaligned galaxies and post-starburst galaxies. We find that accreting counter rotating gas may provide a new way to growth the central region of blue star forming galaxies; for the post-starburst galaxies, we find a sample of galaxies with off-centering ring-like post-starburst regions. These galaxies may provide a good laboratory to distinguish different quenching mechanism.
